Steve Hoffman brings 41 years of real estate experience to Warburg Realty as a former Director of Sales for a prominent Manhattan property management company. This attention to detail has led him to specialize in prime buildings throughout the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Midtown. No stranger to the condominium market, Steve's abilities have helped him match buyers and sellers for years. He is an expert at accurately pricing apartments for sale in this evolving market. Steve earned his Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Michigan. While working as a film editor a friend offered Steve a part-time position selling brownstones in Manhattan. With a love of the art of the deal, Steve quickly knew that real estate was his passion and he became a full-time broker. Steve resides on Manhattan's Upper West Side where he and his wife have raised their son and daughter. Steve enjoys long-distance cycling and cooking for family and friends.
