Business Philosophy

My clients are number One. Educating my buyer clients on the home purchasing process is important for their success. A good home has a solid foundation. My clients will be given a solid foundation in order to achieve their goals of home ownership.

When working with my seller clients I educate them on the ever changing and evolving market. I believe the best way to sell a home for top dollar is to make sure when I team up with clients we establish a plan, explain the plan and implement our plan.

Education and Training

I received my license in real estate in April 2002 and I have loved helping my clients grow and glow from day one, My Real Estate education has always been my most valuable tools. Combined with what I have learned in the classroom to what I have learned through the many transactions that I have successfully closed over the last 9 years. I take over 100 hours of classes every year and NY state only requires 22.5 hours every two years. The more I know, the more my "clients" grow.

Here are just a few things that I have done to further my career and my clients experience:

Community Involvement

I enjoy serving my community by participating in Mentorship programs. I am very involved in school programs that will benefit kids in all communities. I am very involved in my church and its activities. I do volunteer work at Polls. I drive the elderly and take care of some of their needs. I am invloved in sports in my community as well. I volunteer my time and services to local sports teams.

Personal Background

I was born on the Beautiful Island of Antigua. I am one of 12 awesome siblings. I moved to the U.S. in the early 80's to Bronx NY. By the late 80's I became a resident of the beautiful county of Westchester.

I am a dad and have raised my son (Born 1994) with the help from others from my Village. He is also a father of now of my curious and fun granddaughter (Born 2017) My youngest son is brilliant and funny (Born 2010) we have the love of comics together. They are my pride and joy and they define who I am as a man and a Father and grandfather My sons Motivates me to be better at all times. I love them so much. I work hard to be able to be there for them. They are my reason.
