With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I began my career working with renowned commercial companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Vornado Realty Trust, and Paramount Group. As an accomplished financial leader, I bring expertise in team management, financial analysis, and strategic planning, driving organizational performance through collaboration, process improvement, and effective goal setting.

My journey into real estate was fueled by a lifelong interest in urban planning and community formation. As a first-generation refugee from Vietnam, I witnessed firsthand how communities come together in times of displacement. This experience, coupled with my family's frequent moves during my formative years, instilled in me the dream of home ownership. Pursuing a degree in finance from American University in Washington, D.C., I gained a deep understanding of the financial aspects of real estate, including investment and market analysis.

Initially focused on commercial real estate, my passion for the field was ignited by analyzing market trends and assessing site feasibility. However, the COVID-19 pandemic shifted my focus to residential real estate, as New York City faced unprecedented challenges and many individuals and families sought stability through home ownership.

Currently, I am actively involved in the real estate community and contribute to my local community through my participation in my daughter's PTA at Davis Elementary School. My passion for real estate is driven by the opportunity to positively impact community growth and well-being. I strive to be a pillar of support and resourcefulness, helping individuals find homes that enhance their quality of life and foster a sense of belonging and stability.

My professional and personal goals center around becoming a trusted figure within my community, where individuals can rely on me for valuable recommendations and connections to reliable professionals and vendors. I am dedicated to contributing to the community's growth and well-being by connecting people with the right properties and resources.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Mathew, and our two daughters, Estella and Collette. My hobbies include gardening and learning DIY home improvements, which further fuel my passion for creating beautiful and functional living spaces.
