More about Xander Yarborough
Let's be real, here.
I'm 29 years old, new to the world of Real Estate but yearn for the opportunity to learn everything the world of real estate has to offer. I'm located south east of Columbus in the northern part of Groveport, Ohio.
I may not be the best, I may not be the smartest, I may not even be the wisest or the most informed. But what differs me from the rest of the agents out there, is that I strive for not only perfection but for every bit of knowledge that could be available to me. I strive to be the most genuine out of every agent to exist, and most importantly; I strive to make a true difference in this world like everyone else.
I have a son that's a little toddler boy, and he's a huge part of the reason I desire the opportunity and success that I believe real estate could provide for me. I'm not here to make money, and I say that from the heart. Truly, I not only want to make it in this world, and the business itself, but I also want to provide the best life for my son that I'm capable of giving, whatever that may take.
I'm a single father trying to make it on his own, and I understand the importance of a true home as opposed to a temporary space to raise him in.
My journey started one day when I was working a shift at Starbucks as barista washing dishes for 3 hours straight. My mind started to wonder off as it does when doing something autonomous, and so I started thinking. "What else could I be doing that isn't 'this'? What could I start doing that could actually make a difference than just doing dishes as a barista?" So I thought to myself, "Maybe I'll sell cars... cars can get you where you want to be...?" But then I realized selling cars is a hefty burden at times. I'd have the same schedule each week, I'd be doing the same task everyday of trying to sell a car to someone, and worst of all it's a very greedy business to get into because you aren't truly making a difference for people other than temporary financial gain and long term regret for the person I could become from this.
Then I thought to myself, "Nah, selling cars just won't cut it. I need something I can make my own schedule with, something that could really push me to new heights and potential, something that would always be different and always change to keep the momentum and love for, and something that would allow me to impact peoples' lives in a positive manner."
That was it. I'd come to realize that this - the world of real estate could be my calling. This could be what I want out of life.
And in that moment I decided, this is for me. The next day I reached out, made connections, and low and behold I obtained my license in real estate and I could not be happier or more excited for the journey that I've set out for myself.
My aspirations for this will always remain.
Stay genuine, stay honest, and stay learning.
I can't promise I'll be the best, but I can certainly promise I will try my absolute best. The buying and selling of a house is one of the biggest decisions one can make in their entire life - it's a huge deal. To me it'll always be treated as such. With me, I know with absolute certainty that I will treat you as if I were you. I would do for you what I would do for myself. Every time, every day.
Remember... unlimited tools, unlimited access, and unlimited answers. No one will know all of them, especially me, but with each experience I'm blessed enough to have, I'll always be learning, always discover more answers, always gain more knowledge, and always achieve more wisdom, and truly I could not ask for more.
What I strive for the most out of this is to do everything in my human power to ensure you would be glad you chose me.
I'll view every opportunity and every client as a gift and an honor to learn, enlighten, and grow from.
