Drew Gelatt, Team Leader and Getaway-Go-To-Guy.  My wife and I were both raised in Minister's homes. Mine in Indiana, the heart of the Midwest, and Her's in sunny California. In our upbringings we saw our parents truly care for people and their needs - not just on Sunday, but all through the week. We both learned a lot about what it means to assist people, and we've tried to utilize those people-helping lessons in our profession as a Realtors since forming The Move Up Team in 2011. We are experienced and capable of helping ANY buyer or seller in the Columbus market, but our business is not confined to Columbus, or even Greater Columbus. About half of our transactions are within the City Limits, or the immediate suburbs surrounding Cbus, while the other half come from remarkable rural communities like Marengo, Fredericktown, Mt. Gilead, Mt. Vernon, Pataskala, Lancaster, Stoutsville, Richwood, Delaware, Rockbridge, Sugar Grove, and Logan. The fine folks in these rural communities don't consider themselves residents of Columbus. The are the Fredericktown Freddies, Delaware Pacers, Lancaster Tigers, and Logan Cheiftans. And we are proud to help them MOVE UP.....to their BETTER LIFE too. In addition to our broad geographic experience, we have several areas of expertise on The Move Up Team, where we have drilled down and gotten the education and experience necessary to set ourselves apart as true experts.  

With over 20 years of experience selling Real Estate in 3 different States, Drew has found his favorite place to live and do Real Estate here in Central Ohio.  Drew loves working with Buyers and Sellers of all kinds, and has experience in every corner of Greater Columbus.  He has also developed specific expertise as the Getaway-Go-To-Guy in The Hocking Hills.  As a hunter/hiker and avid outdoorsman, Drew has developed an extensive knowledge of the Hocking Hills region southeast of Columbus just an hour.  Drew and Marilyn have a favorite getaway property in the region and understand the allure of “The Hills”.
