Personal Background

Annette Merrick is a veteran teacher with Westerville Schools, her teaching career spanned more than 35 years. She received her B.A. degree from the Ohio State University and Masters in Education from Ashland University. Annette retired from her teaching career at the end of the 2005 school year.

For the past 19 years, Annette has been devoting all of her considerable energy and enthusiasm to her real estate clients. Throughout her 19 years of service, Annette is skilled in all aspects of the real estate industry, including lake front properties, new builds, construction, rehabs, staging and relocation. Her personal experience in remodeling in addition to obtaining her staging certification, has allowed Annette to prepare her seller’s home for sale and enabled her buyers to visualize their future home as a finished product.

Annette’s passion for people is what brought her to the real estate industry. The ability to combine her love of teaching with her passion for people gives Annette the chance to make her clients home buying or selling process a satisfying experience.
