Heather Frayer grew up in the Silicon Valley of California but was raised an OSU Buckeye fan, so she has always had a deep love for Ohio. She moved to the Columbus area with her husband Drew in 2017, and they knew right away that this was the place that they wanted to call home.

Not long after the move to Columbus, Heather joined the team at Nationwide Realty Investors and started what would become her career in the real estate industry. The knowledge she gained at NRI compelled her to want to learn more and become an expert in the industry. In 2020, Heather became a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker King Thompson. Heather is passionate about her career and sees it as a unique opportunity to give back and make a difference in the lives of others!

Heather is also a dog mama to her Airedale terrier puppy, Leo, and loves to take him on hikes, long walks, and runs! Together, Heather and Leo love to explore Columbus by running together through local streets, trails, and parks. Running has allowed Heather to gain a unique expertise of local neighborhoods, parks, and communities that will be able to guide many families to their dream home in the community that is perfect for them!
