Karin Xander nació y creció en Lima, Perú, donde obtuvo su título de Cirujano Dentista en 1996 y tuvo una exitosa práctica privada. En 2006, se mudó a Estados Unidos para casarse con su esposo y formar una familia, llegando a criar a tres hijos maravillosos.
Decidida a continuar su camino profesional, estudió en The Ohio State University para obtener su licencia dental en EE. UU., completando su primer año de estudios mientras estaba embarazada de su primer hijo. Más adelante, se convirtió en EFDA licenciada (Asistente Dental con Funciones Ampliadas), colocando restauraciones dentales con habilidad y dedicación. Luego de una carrera gratificante en odontología, Karin decidió retirarse de ese campo en 2023 para enfocarse por completo en su verdadera pasión: los bienes raíces.
Karin launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Realty in May 2023 and made an immediate impact. In just months, she earned the $1 Million President’s Excellence Award 2023. Her momentum continued with the $5 Million President’s Commitment Award in 2024, and in 2025 she was named a NAHREP Top 50 Latino Agent and recognized as a Real Trends Verified Agent. She also holds prestigious certifications, including Coldwell Banker Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist and Certified Buyer Agent Expert.
