Kathy Greenzalis

Kathy Chiero grew up in a military family, moving approximately every three years. This early exposure to constant relocation gave her a firsthand education in housing transitions long before she became a REALTOR®. As an adult, Kathy personally owned, bought, and sold multiple homes, experiences that taught her the real difference between merely adequate representation and truly exceptional real estate service.

Those experiences shaped her professional standards. Kathy built her career on the qualities she once searched for herself: integrity, responsiveness, deep market knowledge, seasoned experience, and meticulous attention to detail. Since earning her real estate license in 1996, she has guided Central Ohio homeowners through every type of market—booming, slowing, shifting, and everything in between.

Kathy has lived in and sold real estate in Central Ohio for over 30 years.  Her knowledge of all things "Buckeye" will be a benefit to anyone moving into or within the Columbus area. 

Kathy’s approach is grounded in education and advocacy.  She developed two industry leading seminars: Hops & Homes for first time hoe buyers and "DownSize Columbus" for downsizing homeowners. She believes informed clients make better decisions, and she takes pride in preparing homeowners for each step of the process with clarity and confidence. Her goal is not just a successful transaction, but a thoughtful, well-managed experience that minimizes stress and maximizes results.
