As a third-generation Realtor and real estate professional with more than 26 years of experience, Paul Myers has dedicated his entire career to Coldwell Banker Realty. Having built a successful sales career recognized among the industry's top performers, Paul transitioned into leadership on December 1, 2020, becoming Branch Manager of the Coldwell Banker Realty Bexley office.

Since assuming this role, Paul has grown the Bexley office to more than 63 agents and has helped cultivate an environment of excellence, collaboration, and growth. Under his leadership, the office is home to four of the Top 10 individual agents among approximately 1,000 Coldwell Banker Realty agents throughout Central Ohio.

Paul's passion is helping agents build lasting, successful businesses. As a non-competing manager, his sole focus is supporting agents through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and strategic business planning. Whether working with newly licensed agents or seasoned professionals looking to elevate their production, Paul is committed to helping agents reach their full potential and achieve their professional goals.

A lifelong Columbus resident, Paul firmly believes that success comes from surrounding yourself with the very best. In addition to serving as Branch Manager, Paul is also Coldwell Banker Realty Central Ohio's Deal Advisor, providing guidance and expertise on transactions throughout the region. His active involvement in the day-to-day business of real estate gives agents valuable insight into current market conditions, industry trends, and best practices.
