As a life long resident of Columbus I have an excellent knowledge of the flavor and history of every part of the city as well as Ohio.

After graduating from OSU in 1991 I had a desire to become involved in real estate and became licensed in 1998.

My career has focused on downtown and the older areas of our city. Clients have come to depend on my knowledge of older architecture as well as working in designated historic districts. The various rules, regulation and zoning codes that accompany historic districts are all different and people can rely on my experience.

Because owning property is not only a way to get a roof over your head, it is a creative extension of the owner. I understand people connect with their homes as well as their neighborhoods.
