My goal is fully understand YOUR goals and desired real estate outcome, and to work with you to make your real estate experience smooth as I work towards meeting your goals and expectations. My strengths are in negotiating, patience, and attention to details. I strive to assure my clients that I am competent to handle and resolve any real estate issues during the process. I believe buyers and sellers should never wonder what is going on during the process of buying and/or selling a home, so I provide one-on-one, step-by-step consulting to my clients, and I am always available to consult with them and/or answer any questions.

Education and Training:

In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Agent for several years, Tammy holds a Master's Degree (MBA) in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Franklin University, and two Associate Degrees from Columbus State. She has several years of experience working with first-time homebuyers, VA buyers, investment property, and condominium residential sales and purchases.
