Jared Walker

Hi, I’m Jared Walker. I’m a Gahanna local who’s spent the last two decades building a career rooted in leadership, operations, and long-term thinking—always with people and community at the center. Professionally, I’ve held executive leadership roles in commercial real estate, overseeing property management and business operations. I oversee the logistics of complex assets, navigating decisions, and learning what makes properties, teams, and investments succeed over time.

Outside of work, my life is full in the of best ways. My wife and I have five incredible kids, cheer on three very energetic grandkids, and keep up with Mia, our mini-Sheepadoodle who brings personality, chaos, and zero respect for personal space. We also invest in real estate together, which means our dinner conversations occasionally involve spreadsheets—but mostly laughter.

What defines me most isn’t a title, but perspective. I value clarity over hype, relationships over transactions, and thoughtful strategy over shortcuts. I enjoy learning how things work, improving what already exists, and helping others think through next steps—whether that’s property, business, or life.
