David is known for sound judgment, strong negotiation skills, and consultative expertise—drawing from experience in land sales, commercial real estate, investor transactions, and complex deal structures. A lifelong equestrian and a graduate of the Findlay University Equestrian Program, Kelly evaluates horse properties through a technical lens—land function, facility quality, usability, and long-term fit. She also leads the team’s presentation and preparation strategy, with a sharp eye for staging, design, and positioning homes to stand out early and sell well.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys time with family, cooking, gardening, and lake days, and is committed to supporting organizations that serve individuals with Down syndrome and special abilities.
