Jill Parsons

Jill Parsons is a seasoned Realtor with more than twenty‑one years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Ohio. Jill’s expertise spans residential sales, estate transactions, land and building purchases, bank‑owned properties, HUD homes, short sales, rent‑to‑own opportunities, investment properties, and duplexes. She has helped hundreds of families and clients find a place to call home.

Originally from Chardon in Northern Ohio, she moved to Columbus in 1997 to attend the Columbus College of Art and Design, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration with a Minor in Fine Arts. Her background in art and design gives her a unique advantage: she helps sellers stage their homes for maximum value and guides buyers in visualizing the potential of their future home.

After working in banking and interior design, Jill earned her Real Estate License in 2004 and quickly made her mark, receiving the Rising Star Award within her first six months. In 2018, she was honored with the 10 Million Dollar Award. 

Clients know Jill for her exceptional response time, honesty, direct communication style, sense of humor, and her ability to bring calm and confidence to what many consider a stressful process. She is dedicated, energetic, and deeply committed to going above and beyond for every client.

Jill’s greatest joy is her son, Quinn. After nine years in real estate, she took three years to be a stay‑at‑home mom before returning to the career she loves. Outside of work, Jill and Quinn enjoy kayaking, hiking, swimming, and fishing. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll often find her baking sourdough, cooking, gardening, or volunteering at her son’s school.
