Neal Hauschild

Owner/Founder Neal Hauschild has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Duke as well as a Law Degree from the Ohio State University. Neal served in the US Air Force during Desert Storm while stationed in Saudi Arabia. Neal founded Nth Degree in 2002 and is thrilled to have joined with Coldwell Banker in 2022. In addition to practicing real estate and interior design since 2002 and he has also a licensed attorney in Ohio focusing on real estate law, estate planning, and construction law since 2003. Neal loves what he does; creating beautiful, memorable spaces along with fervently working to help his clients find and mold that “diamond in the rough” into their dream home. Neal grew up in Northern Virginia but has been a Columbus resident for over 25 years and along with his partner and their 4 legged family members! Neal currently serves on several local non-profit boards.
