Tara Ferne

Hi, I’m Tara! I’m a Central Ohio Realtor who truly loves helping people through one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home.

Before real estate, I spent 23 years as an elementary school teacher, and I’ve found that so much of what I loved about teaching carries over into what I do now. I’m patient, I’m a good listener, and I like to make sure my clients understand what’s happening every step of the way. Real estate can feel overwhelming at times, and my goal is to make the process as simple, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible.

Central Ohio is home for me, and I love helping people find the community and home that feel right for them. Whether you’re buying your first home, ready for something new, downsizing, or selling a home you’ve loved for years, I’ll be there to guide you from beginning to end.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, biking or walking local trails, checking out a new coffee shop or restaurant, or exploring somewhere around Central Ohio.

For me, real estate is about much more than houses—it’s about people, relationships, and helping you feel confident about what comes next.
