Devin McDivitt is a full-time agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker LLC. He is a Veteran of the United States Airforce and Cofounder of the Columbus Local Startup – Pando Inc. Through management of a fast-paced lean startup, Devin has had the opportunity to work extensively with Ohio School District Officials, City Managers, Columbus Venture Capitalist Firms, and the Columbus Small Business Development Center. This community involvement gives Devin a unique insight on Ohio real estate market trends, knowledge of hotspots, and a knack for finding areas of massive growth in the Columbus area.

Devin McDivitt’s two degrees in IT from Kent State University and the Community College of the Airforce, supplemented with military engineering experience, allow him to gather information from all viable online resources and find the best deals in any market. When he is not striking deals in real estate or IT services, you can find Devin as a guest speaker for the Air Force at Crestwood School’s Career Café, contributing to Columbus Young Professional (CYP) Events, or serving up spikes on his Flanagan’s Recreational Volleyball Team.
