Obtaining her license in 1996, Kim was no stranger to the real estate industry. While growing up, her dad was an agent in Akron, Ohio and her uncle is a retired broker in Richland, Washington. Graduating from college with a degree in Marketing and Management from Ohio Northern University in 1993, Kim’s passion was to follow in her family footsteps and become a top agent all her own. Before becoming an agent, Kim worked in retail banking and outside sales.

Kim enjoys traveling, spending time with her siblings, nieces and nephews, friends and her beloved Samoyed, Sophie.

I have been guiding Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs since 2009. Prior to becoming a NAR Member my husband and I owned a construction business for 15 years. I also worked for a major credit card company for 10 years. With my past work experience I bring knowledge and life experiences to assist my clients along with a strong level of commitment to each real estate transaction.

Since Elizabeth's career as a NAR Member in Central Ohio began in 2016, she has honed her abilities as a skilled negotiator and passionate advocate for the interests of her clients. Although she enjoys working with buyers and sellers of all experience levels - some who are purchasing their very first home, and some who are seasoned homeowners - Elizabeth is designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), which reflects her special interest in helping older adults who are at a stage of life where they may be considering downsizing or transitioning to independent or assisted living.

Elizabeth comes from a background in local and federal government relations. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Wheeling Jesuit University and is a graduate of the Series in Applied Aging program at Ohio State University. She is also a Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA®) which is a credentialed certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, which enhances her ability to price homes for sellers as accurately as possible.

Lisa Strait-Unlicensed Transaction Coordinator

Lisa has been with the team since 2005 and manages all aspects of the transaction coordination. She is the point person for the team and ensures that all of the paperwork, title work and closing details are not overlooked. Lisa is a vital member of our team and ensures that the day to day items are handled so that we can ensure a smooth transaction and maintain high levels of customer service for our clients. Lisa lives in Pickerington with her husband Kevin and together, they have five grown adult children.
