Watch the Video and 3D Tour! Open House 10/25 from 12-2pm! A home this well cared for and thoughtfully updated rarely hits the market. The current owners have lived here for 30 years, and these updates weren't done to flip it. They were done by a homeowner who loved their home. Set on a large corner lot with a newer extended concrete driveway, the home has curb appeal from the start. Inside, the main floor has matching, professionally installed LVP throughout, and separate living and dining areas give you the extra space you didn't know you needed. The kitchen has had a full facelift with quartz counters, refaced grey cabinets, and new appliances. In the family room, a wood accent wall and a French doors lead out to a large wood deck and fenced yard. The LVP continues up the stairs and through the upstairs hallway. All 4 bedrooms have brand new neutral carpet. The owner's suite is spacious and welcoming, and both the owner's bath and the hallway bath have been tastefully updated. Just as important are the updates that don't show up in photos: brand new 200 amp electric service, a 2022 roof, and 2018 HVAC. In total, close to $100K has been invested in this home over the last 10 years! Pine Quarry Park connects to the neighborhood and offers 39 acres of parkland!
