Hi, I’m Bethany!

With more than 15 years of residential real estate and new construction experience, along with four years in the mortgage industry, real estate has been at the center of my career for decades. Today, I’m proud to serve buyers and sellers as part of the Coldwell Banker Realty family.

As a longtime Dublin resident, I offer deep local knowledge paired with hands-on experience that few agents can match, especially when it comes to new construction, design decisions, pricing strategy, and contract details. I’ve helped hundreds of clients plan, build, buy, and sell homes, and I understand how important it is to get both the big picture and the fine print right.
