Krystin Macaluso

Tony is a a lifelong Columbus resident graduating from Upper Arlington High School and has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2004. Originally from Pittsburgh, Krystin moved to Central Ohio in 2001. In 2006 Krystin joined Tony at Coldwell Banker Realty to form The Macaluso Team.

In August 2017 Tony became the Branch Manager of the Northwest Regional Office. Tony spent that time coaching and mentoring other real estate professionals bringing his experience, real estate knowledge, and industry leadership to Coldwell Banker's management team. In 2022 Tony made the decision to return to sales and The Macaluso Team.

Tony and Krystin assist Buyers and Sellers by providing personal and responsive client service, custom marketing strategies and the highest ethical standards their clients have come to expect. Whether you are a first-time buyer, as step-up buyer or seller, are downsizing, relocating or investing, they will be there from start to close to provide you with a seamless real estate experience.

Tony and Krystin live in Upper Arlington with their sons, Brayden and Luke, and their black lab, Pippa. Both Tony and Krystin are active in the community. Tony enjoys his involvement with the Upper Arlington Civic Association, Upper Arlington Education Foundation and Tri-Village Rotary. Krystin serves on the Upper Arlington High School PTO, volunteers as the Area Director for Neighborhood Bridges. and is a past member of Kitchen Kapers and Butterfly Guild for Nationwide Children's Hospital. Tony and Krystin are both actively involved with their sons’ school and athletic boosters, and are members of St. Agatha Parish. In addition to volunteering, Tony and Krystin enjoy entertaining family and friends, visiting local restaurants, biking, traveling, tennis and golf. Their favorite pastime is cheering for their boys on the baseball diamond and football field!

Proud Bobcats, both Tony and Krystin graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Tony with a Business degree and Krystin with with a degree in Organizational Communication and a Business minor. Krystin is a Certified Luxury Home Marking Specialist (CLHMS) and has also completed the Accredited Buyer Representation Certification (ABR), Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and Smart Home Technology training through Coldwell Banker.

Both Tony and Krystin are active in the real estate community, Krystin served as the 2022 President of the Northwest Area Realtors Association; Tony held this position 2016. Tony's involvement with Columbus Realtors includes the Foundation Fundraising Committee, Business Technology Forum and Past Chair of the Columbus Realtors Government Affairs Committee and MLS Committee. Krystin served as a member of the Recognition and Sales Awards Committee.
