Peyton McCreary’s clients' satisfaction is her mission and she is not satisfied unless they have a great real estate experience.

For sellers, this includes a detailed CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to determine pricing, professional photos, staging suggestions, creative marketing, and contract negotiation.

For buyers, this includes identifying homes that meet your criteria, a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to determine value, preparing an offer to protect you while performing inspections, negotiating counter-offers, coordinating inspections, and requesting any repairs or remedies.

Areas of Expertise

Peyton has an extensive background in customer service and management. For the past ten years she has worked her way up the ropes in the Call Center Industry; starting as a Call Center Rep and within a year being promoted to Supervisor/Manager, and then being promoted to a Program Coordinator. Peyton has handled many clients while working in the Call Center Industry expanding her areas of expertise to retail, technical support, energy efficiency, finance, etc. – in addition to customer service, management, training, and other skills.

Peyton can communicate in Spanish at an intermediate level and English fluently.

Agent is also a Licensed Notary.
