Ria and Becky both live in the Grandview area. Ria is a life long resident and Becky made Columbus her home while attending OSU. They find Columbus a great place to raise a family. Areas of Expertise

Ria has spent a great deal of time rehabbing properties. She has transformed a number of houses, in the area, into beautiful homes. This experience is helpful when considering the purchase of an older home or when you want to get your home ready to go to the market. Ria has an eye for unlocking a home's potential.

Becky brings her organiztional and technology skills as well as her work ethic to every deal.

Community Involvement

Both Ria and Becky are very involved in the community. Becky stays busy in the schools, substitute teaching and volunteering. She has run the Artists in the Schools program for years. She believes in education, coupled with the arts, to reach out and excite all kids. Becky is also active in her church, working with the youth, the Y Family center, and a breakfast program for those in need.

Ria volunteers in the community in many arenas, from community events, instructing exercise programs to volunteering in her faith community. Ria has done a bit of everything.
