As branch manager of the Union Centre Coldwell Banker office, I am dedicated to our one guiding principle: Helping Agents Live Exceptional Lives. Formerly a teacher, I am a passionate believer that coaching and developing agents of all levels will help make each agent more productive and give each agent the opportunity to live a more balanced and exceptional life. Our office offers many in-person and remote educational opportunities and we constantly strive to add value to the lives of each and every agent on our team. We are always developing new and fun ways to help our agents become the best and most knowledgeable agents in the business.

The Union Centre branch is centrally located in the fast-paced West Chester Market right off I-75. Our branch has a fabulous culture of collaboration and a super fun spirit. We are a diverse group of people dedicated to giving back to our community. We work hard to support the community we work in, not only through monetary gifts, but also through service to others. Each year we choose two non-profits to support and each year, we give it our all to partner with those groups to drive awareness and support to their cause. We are truly an office and a company that inspires pride.

Having been licensed since 2003, I have witnessed many changes to the industry, none so great as the changes in technology. I truly believe that Coldwell Banker has their pulse on the needs of the agent and through our unique technology offerings we deliver an experience that helps our agents sell more homes, make more money, and work more efficiently. What is the most exciting about our technology is that we don’t just develop it and put it in the hands of the agents, we give our agents business partners like myself, our assistant branch manager, our office assistants, and our e-marketing coordinators, to assist them in the effective use of the technology. We also give weekly workshops on tools and strategies, we do individual coaching to aid in the use of the technology, and we have many on-line resources available to help agents effectively employ the technology to work for them and their needs.

Finally, I am here to help all our agents succeed and grow and protect their own personal wealth. We have many opportunities outside of representing buyers and sellers to do just that. Here at Coldwell Banker, we reward agents that refer us other agents, we educate agents on investing in real estate, and we help agents plan for their future through self-employed retirement plans. We believe the best years are ahead for all our agents and we do our level best to make that happen.
