Jeff Phair serves as the Transaction Coordinator and Operations Lead for Lisa Phair & Associates, working alongside his wife, Lisa Phair, and daughter, Grace, to support one of the top-performing real estate teams in the greater Cincinnati area. As a licensed real estate agent since 2017, Jeff brings both operational expertise and firsthand market knowledge to every transaction.

In his leadership role, Jeff ensures that each transaction moves seamlessly from contract to closing, delivering exceptional results for buyers and sellers and creating a stress-free experience. He coordinates timelines, manages documentation, oversees compliance, and communicates closely with lenders, title companies, cooperating agents, and clients to keep every detail on track. His precision, organization, and proactive problem-solving allow the sales team to stay focused on negotiations and client relationships, confident that the operational side of the business is handled with excellence.
