69497 US Hwy 50 McArthur, OH 45651

Turnkey short term rental investment opportunity in the Hocking Hills! Two fully renovated cabins on just under 26 wooded acres, just east of downtown McArthur. Both properties were off grid at purchase in 2022 and have since received complete infrastructure upgrades: new water wells, underground electric service, and approved septic systems at each cabin. The Log Cabin is a hand-hewn structure built from the logs of two original 1800s cabins, fully re-chinked inside and out. Renovations include refinished floors, a new kitchen, new bathroom, new plumbing, a new hot tub, an EV charger, a new four-zone mini-split system! Currently configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and sleeping accommodations for 5. The A-Frame offers a remodeled kitchen, new interior and exterior paint, a new mini-split system, new deck, and an insulated/sided crawl space. Currently configured with 2 bedrooms (main-floor bedroom plus a queen loft), 1 bath, and sleeping accommodations for 4. Both cabins share Starlink internet and a newly rebuilt gravel driveway. Seller reports approximately $86k in combined revenue for 2025, the first year both cabins were fully operational. Additional upside potential, including room on the property for more units and amenities as well as the option for a future hot tub at the A-Frame. A standout feature for Buyers: the new owners have the ability to take over the existing Airbnb listings, including the lodging specific email and host profile -- meaning you inherit the established review history (5.0 and 4.97 star ratings, Superhost status) instead of starting from zero. Location offers a quieter, more private setting than typical Hocking Hills rentals while remaining convenient to top attractions: approximately 12-15 minutes to Lake Hope State Park, 20-25 minutes to Ash Cave, and 30-35 minutes to Old Man's Cave. A rare opportunity to acquire two established, income-producing short term rentals! Active STR-Do not view property without a confirme
