Sean Austin

I am a native Oregonian that grew up in the Willamette Valley and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Finance. Following college, I joined an Oregon manufacturing business that engineers, fabricates, and installs custom recycling systems worldwide. My initial role began in marketing and culminated several years later as National/International Sales Director.

In 2005, I moved to Central Oregon, where many childhood memories were made skiing at Mount Bachelor and vacationing in Sunriver and a place I had aspired to reside permanently. Shortly thereafter, I began flipping residential properties, a full-time, five-year span that provided invaluable experience in the local, Central Oregon marketplace.

I believe consistent and clear communication throughout the real estate process, and beyond when necessary, is a primary keystone to success. Further to that, my extensive sales and management background contribute to my ability to listen rather than simply hear, which is crucial in achieving, and exceeding, the expectations of buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
