I’m a strong believer that the key to success is educating yourself. I’ve been selling real estate in Oregon since 2005, and over the years I’ve earned several designations.  Not just to add letters to my name, but because I genuinely want to be as knowledgeable and helpful as possible for my clients.

My CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) really come down to experience and continued education.  They’ve given me a deeper understanding of the market, contracts and the details that can make or break a transaction.

I also have my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) which is especially helpful when representing buyers. It allows me to guide them through the process, advocate for them, and help them feel confident in their decisions.

For my sellers, my SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) means I focus on pricing, marketing, and negotiating in a way that helps them get the best possible results.

And my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) is all about helping my clients 50+ navigate important life changes with a thoughtful, personalized approach.

At the end of the day, these designations reflect how much I care about doing a great job for my clients, making them feel supported, informed, and cared for, from start to finish, and beyond.
