This 78± acre McKinley timber tract is part of Coos County timberland portfolio of 11 tracts being offered in a November 12 Sealed Bid Auction. It is located just west of the small community of McKinley, nine miles northeast of Coquille. It is well-stocked with 59± acres of 37 year-old Douglas-fir pre merch with estimated 1,290 MBF based on August 2025 cruise update. The Tract is highly productive Site Class I and provides significant near-term asset growth. There is a power line R.O.W. that bisects the northeast corner of Tract. Topography is primarily moderate to steep southwest-facing slopes, with estimated 90% requiring cable logging. A small creek is located along the southwest corner.
