Caralee Angell

Caralee has been a licensed REALTOR since 2006, holding both her Oregon and Washington managing broker licenses. Caralee was born and raised in West Linn, OR., growing up on the family farm with her parents Jerry and Myrna Angell, and siblings Brian and Bethany. Caralee earned her Bachelor’s degree in German and English at University of Missouri-Columbia, and then her Master's degree in German Language & Literature at Portland State University. This led to an initial career teaching at both Portland State and Portland Community College before transitioning to real estate.

Caralee believes everyone should have the opportunity to own their own home and leverage real estate to manage and build wealth. With extensive knowledge on virtually all types of properties including luxury, condominiums, foreclosures, and bare land, Caralee’s goal is to make the buying and selling process a rewarding experience for every client. She believes that taking care of, and being an advocate for our community is her most important value proposition.

Outside of the office, Caralee teaches real estate classes for the Oregon REALTORS, meeting with REALTORS around the state. Her favorite classes to teach include Ethics, Law, Buyers, Sellers, Negotiations, and Contracts. She also enjoys mentoring newer agents to assist them in achieving their real estate goals.

Caralee has two adult children, Justine and Kyla, her husband Frank, and two adorable dogs Ellie and Jack. As Caralee goes about her day, you'd most likely meet Ellie! In addition to working with clients to buy and sell real estate, Caralee enjoys volunteering at the Food Bank, reading historical novels, boxing and jiujitsu with Kyla, shopping and planning trips with Justine, and traveling with Frank!
