Kaitlyn Fortney was raised in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and now proudly lives in the Chambersburg area, where she serves buyers and sellers throughout Franklin County and the surrounding South Central Pennsylvania communities. After graduating from Gettysburg Area High School, Kaitlyn earned her degree in Media and Journalism from West Chester University, graduating magna cum laude. Her professional career began in Frederick, Maryland, where she worked in marketing for a successful real estate team. That experience gave her valuable insight into the real estate industry and showed her the powerful role great agents play—not only in helping people buy and sell homes, but in truly serving their neighbors and communities.
