Hello,
Here are a few things I'd like you to know about me.

I am a FULL TIME agent and I believe my service separates me from other real estate agents- I guarantee you a return call-same day if I'm unable to take your call. I love my work and hopefully you will feel my enthusiasm in helping you to buy or sell a home.

I've been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, in areas such as refurbishing distressed properties, new construction, and rental properties. I've been a licensed real estate agent for the past 7 years and have found my niche in working with buyers and sellers.

I have prior military service and am the proud father of an Iraqi war veteran.

In my spare time I enjoy hunting, fishing, riding bike, traveling and spending time with my 6 grandchildren.

Carol was wonderful when we dealt with her but most of our work was with her husband John (they work seamlessly as a team). This was our first time buying a home and I could not have asked for someone better. Not only is John knowledgeable about the local market he is also knowledgeable about homes (construction, mechanics, maintenance, etc.) and he readily shares this information as you look at homes. It is extremely clear from his evaluation of homes and his tough negotiating that he is not in the business to squeeze every dime out of a deal but instead he genuinely wants to get his clients the best deal possible and have them feel completely comfortable with the home they purchase. As an actuary I am incredibly meticulous and ask lots of questions so that I understand every detail of a financial transaction, so what impressed me most of all about John is his desire to really serve the customer. There was never a time he was slow in getting back to me or a time he wouldn't do his best to provide me information, I am still convinced he works 24 hours a day. Beyond all the professional praise I have given and could go on about for hours, he is also a great person, as is Carol. They are both extremely easy to talk to and have a great sense of humor. In the end we got an amazing house at a spectacular price and had a completely stress free experience which is saying something when it comes to the paperwork because we purchased a home from a relocation company so the paperwork was even more endless than usual.
