It all comes down to ASSISTING CLIENTS IN MAKING GOOD REAL ESTATE DECISIONS. The integrity of purpose, the strength of knowledge, the solid base of experience allows me to act in a manner that can only benefit those I serve. There is sense of total fulfillment that happens by watching people accomplish their dreams. For me, this is more than a business, it is a mission.

Personal Background
Philadelphia and the surrounding Delaware Valley has been my home from birth. I have had the good fortune to have traveled throughout the United Sates and abroad however I have a LOVE affair with this city and suburbs. I always thought I would pursue politics as both my vocation and avocation. Four years working as the Deputy to the District Attorney in the City of Philadelphia where I formed the country's first OFFICE OF VICTIMS RIGHTS. Receiving an award from President Ronald Reagan as the Father of Victim's Right Week, going to many other cities in this nation working with Prosecutors, Judges and the criminal justice system, gave me a unique insight into meeting the needs of other people. Circumstances were such that I had to spend more time at home which led me to the field of Real Estate. That was in 1989. Turning my intimate familiarity with the cities neighborhoods into a wealth of information for my clients, I found an even preferable method of meeting the needs of buyers and sellers of Real Estate.

Areas of Expertise
"Making it happen". That is where I excel. My specialty is in taking complex issues, searching for the best possible solution and explaining it in a way that everyone's understands. Patience and education with the first time buyer to accommodating the seasoned home seller, I have the skills and the mindset necessary to see things through to their finishing point.

Community Involvement
Involvement in the world community has become a driving force in my life. I care very much for the survival of our planet as well as all the people's of earth. My love affair with the United States of America continues to grow daily. I am on the Council of our local parish church and my wife serves as a Eucharistic Minister. My family is the most beloved part of my life.

Communities I Serve
Philadelphia is often called a City of Neighborhoods. The areas right around where I live are Chestnut Hill, Andorra, Roxborough, East Falls and Mt. Airy. Suburbs that that know very well include Erdenheim, Springfield, Lafayette Hill, Flourtown, Glenside, Plymouth Meeting, Ft. Washington, Blue Bell and Abington. Our office is in Montgomery County so I serve Conshohocken, Lower Merion (where I went to school), Narbreth, Ardmore, Wynnewood and other sections of Philadelphia's Main Line.
