Real Estate has became a passion of mine. There is nothing better than creating a strategy and a plan towards reaching their real estate goals. I take great pride in meeting all of my clients needs throughout the process and my communication about the process. Strategy and game planning go into every real estate transaction and every transaction is unique.
I have been in real estate for three years. Last year I was able to reach their second highest award for my brokerage which was the “Honors Society”.
In 2026, after working with a buyer on a $750,000 new construction and a seller in which we sold a $520,000 house I decided to make a brokerage change to Coldwell Banker. I could not be more excited to work with Coldwell and continue the momentum from last year.
In my career I have worked with new construction companies such as Infinity Homes, Ryan Homes, D.H. Horton, Maranda Homes, Brooks and Brothers and more. These companies will pay agents from an allotment of money that doesn’t cost the buyer anything. Building a home is a stressful process. It certainly helps to have someone on your side of the build guiding you through the process. Especially when it isn’t costing you anything. If you are building a home and want someone to represent you and your family needs I have a ton of experience in the process.
I currently live in Mars with my wife and two boys. We love the area. I grew up in the Butler area but have been in the Pennsylvania area my entire life. I’ve coached football and track for the past 15 years. I finally gave up coaching to focus on real estate.
