I never imagined becoming a realtor. I have a very unique background since graduating college which has given me a very diverse skillset. I worked professionally in residential, commercial, highway, and sitework construction. My current job as a Facilities Manager has me implying about properties in multiple cities and states. I had become overly frustrated with the level of care and diligence I had received. I may be "Old School", but how hard is it to reply to a text, email, or a voicemail? A man's word defines his character and reputation. If you say you are going to do something, you must be loyal and follow through with it. Hence, I studied to get my real estate license so that I can not only take inquiries from people seriously, but also give them the level of care that I would like to be treated with. You are not just making a transaction; you are learning about people's lives and aspirations to help make their family's dreams come true. Don't just imagine that morning coffee from your deck with a picturesque view, your dream garage, or the safest imaginable place you can call home for you and your children or extended family, trust me to be true to my word to do everything in my power to find your dream home. God provided me with gifts to help, it is now up to me to choose how to further use them. I am proud to be part of the Katina Hunter team because we are always here and happy to help.
