Licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, Erica represents buyers, sellers, investors, and renters across a wide range of markets and price points. From luxury estates to first homes, she approaches every transaction with the same level of attention, discretion, and determination.

For Erica, real estate has never been about simply closing a deal. Born and raised outside Philadelphia, Erica earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. John’s University in New York. Before building her career in real estate, she worked in pharmaceutical sales in Manhattan, including the Upper East Side, where she lived for many years. That experience helped shape the communication, professionalism, and work ethic she brings to her clients today.

Outside of real estate, Erica is a proud mom of three and a longtime hockey mom. She loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and embracing the next chapter while continuing to grow the business she has spent more than two decades building.
