Nicole "Nikki" Hartshorn

Nikki is a results-driven agent based in Exton, PA, with deep local roots and diverse experience across all facets of real estate.  Nikki grew up in Malvern PA, graduated from Mercyhurst University, and has been living with her husband, two daughters, and way too many dogs in West Chester for over 30 years.  She knows the community and market intimately.
 
As a lifelong athlete and softball coach, Nikki brings a fun, competitive spirit and athlete’s mindset to every opportunity. She is motivated by challenge and thrives in fast-moving markets where strategy, preparation, and execution matter most.  However, don’t be fooled.  Nikki is also what we call the “warm blanket” of the real estate world.  She views her clients like family, understands the emotional journey of buying and selling your home, and will be your biggest cheerleader and advocate from start to finish.
 
Her passion for real estate was shaped through hands-on investing in properties across Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida, along with decades of experience working alongside her husband, a property builder and renovator. Together, they have been deeply involved in the transformation of residential and commercial spaces—giving Nikki a practical understanding of construction, design, value, and potential.
 
Nikki’s creative background includes designing, constructing, and staging for iconic Center City Philadelphia venues. This experience has fueled her passion for finding homes that connect emotionally with buyers and creating spaces that highlight each seller’s unique property.
