Property Description
The property is being sold to settle an estate. The seller will not make any repairs. Buyer is responsible for all municipality inspections. All cash offers will require proof of funds. All agreements must include the following clauses. 1. Buyer acknowledges that the property is subject to a mortgage foreclosure for an estate assets that necessitates the need for the Court to approve this Agreement and Sale. Property is in need if a complete renovation. Agreement of sale to be submitted to the listing agent by noon January 2, 2026 .
