Ken Offidani has been working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2003. He has consistently been one of the top selling agents since joining the company. Ken thrives when working with first time home buyers and buyers who are looking for the diamond in the rough. He really enjoys helping that buyer find a home that can be transformed with a little sweat equity.

Ken grew up in the Hempfield area and still lives in Hempfield with his wife and 2 beautiful little girls. He specializes in the Hempfield market and he typically does about 50% of his business in the Hempfield School district. He also has strong knowledge of the surrounding markets, such as Manheim Twp, Warwick, Penn Manor, Donegal and Manheim.

Ken is a hard worker, but when he has free time he enjoys playing just as hard with his girls. They love the outdoors and in the winter you most likely will find the whole family on the mountain skiing and in the summer biking and swimming.
