Krista’s decision to associate with Coldwell Banker Realty stemmed from her desire to lead a sales team driven to succeed, provide unrivaled customer experiences, and help each and every agent live their exceptional life.

Having started a career in sales and real estate over ten years ago, Krista has successfully completed some of the most rigorous sales training programs offered across the country. Her first experience was with EDMC corporation. Recruiting for The Art Institute of Pittsburgh at their historic landmark building in Downtown Pittsburgh and growing student’s level of interest and enthusiasm for higher education served as the gateway to watch first hand as dreams became reality. “My need to continue to help more people achieve dreams for themselves and their family organically became the sole focus of my career.”

Having the desire to take these sales and marketing skills to the next level, she began a lucrative career in real estate with Ryan Homes. Serving areas in the North and East of Pittsburgh, she managed over 10 neighborhoods and helped hundreds of home buyers successfully and happily build and live in the home of their dreams. Further refining her sales and marketing abilities, while also developing a great understanding of architectural plans, utilizing software like Autodesk to manipulate and develop blue prints, reading and interpreting surveys, attending to zoning requirements, and even pre qualifying homebuyers for their mortgage. With a vast understanding of the entire real estate transaction, it was time to branch out further.

As privately-owned home builder, Charter Homes Neighborhoods, desired to make a strategic move to Pittsburgh, they tapped Krista to help lead a small team that would introduce their neighborhoods successfully. Hastings, Charter’s first Great American Neighborhood in Pittsburgh, quickly became the fastest selling neighborhood the Pittsburgh area has ever supported. With a desire to grow her business and utilize all of the leadership skills she’d gained over the past several years in the industry, the natural move was to a company that promotes agent life at its Core.

As Sales Director of The North Hills office, I have an open door policy and I am willing to offer help to every independent agent so that they can achieve their business and life goals. Providing agents with personalized training opportunities to ensure that our office operates on the cutting edge of industry technology and standards is also a high priority. I am a firm believer in being a non-competing broker in order to focus all my energy on individual agents and office growth.
