Thomas Fior was raised in Delaware County, and graduated from Haverford High School.  He attended college at West Chester University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Thereafter, Tom moved to Philadelphia where he presently resides.

His real estate expertise stretches from the city to the suburbs.  A key part of any REALTOR’s success is knowing the market area he serves; and Tom’s vast knowledge provides a competitive edge.  His background in psychology has truly helped him in understanding his clients’ needs which, in turn, has resulted in smooth and transparent achievement of their real estate goals.  Tom has stated: “My clients’ needs come before all else, and their trust is my success; which is why I go above and beyond assisting them to achieve their real estate goals.” Clients appreciate being heard and involved throughout the transaction; and that is what Tom brings to the table!
