I am a full-time real estate agent dedicated to fulfilling the needs of my clients.  

My passion for real estate began as a hobby.  My husband and I were both in the fields of nuclear science, which required us to travel frequently.  I became very familiar with the relocation process and all of the anxieties that go along with finding the perfect home in the perfect location.  

After being widowed at a young age, my passion shifted from a hobby, to the sole means to support myself and my son.  I believe in honesty and hard work and my experiences have taught me strength and perseverance.....  If your question is: "Why should I choose Marlayna?"....  The answer is:  because I will go above and beyond your expectations....  If I'm not working hard for you, then I'm not working hard for my son.
