More about Matthew Modany

Born raised in the Pittsburgh area Matthew joined the Reed Shutey Team in 2016. Matthew is a beaver county native from Midland, a town known for high school basketball and education being the home of PA Cyber and Lincoln Park Charter School. A member of Lincoln Park's inaugural graduating class in 2011 he moved on to Robert Morris University in Moon Township. During his Junior year he met Michael John during an internship and as they say the rest is history!

" My favorite part of being a Realtor is the relationships we build. I've always enjoyed helping people and I feel service is what this job is all about. I want my clients to feel like they have a friend in their Realtor who is always there to help them even after we leave the closing table. " I take pride in my service and do whatever I can to help you reach your goals. We'll take care of business but have a few laughs along the way too! I enjoy making it a fun and educational process. I'm proud of the culture of service and relationships our team has built and hope I can share it with you!

Outside of his life as a Realtor, Matthew is a golfer, avid Penguins fan and movie buff. A proud Pittsburgher you'll catch him all over from Midland to Oakland. From his days at Lincoln Park he developed a connection to the arts and theater. He's a brother of Alpha Phi Delta, The national Italian heritage fraternity and a founding member of their chapter at RMU who he still serves as advisor. He loves 90's culture, traveling and deciding what's for lunch. Happy to talk cars, shows or movies anytime.
