Virginia is deeply committed to each of her buyers and sellers. She is uniquely qualified as an agent, having lifetime experience in real estate finance, valuation, and sales. Coming from all sides of real estate, she has the ability to tackle most real estate hurdles. She began her career as a residential and commercial loan officer with USDA, adding skills in new construction inspection, energy valuation, IT, and lead-paint remediation. She worked with ServiceLink, reviewing appraisals on multi-million dollar homes and teaching valuation of renewable-energy components. She is a local planning commissioner experienced in ordinances, construction codes, and plans. She is an independent General Certified Appraiser and PennDOT Chief Appraiser with experience in eminent domain takes. She has been in real estate sales since 2012. Virginia has an MBA from Seton Hill University; a masters certificate in renewable energy from St Francis University; and leadership certificate from Penn State University. She was awarded a Congressional citation for meritous service and is a founding member of the Penn-Trafford High School Alumni Hall of Fame board.
