From the delicate artistry of pastry kitchens to the fast-paced world of real estate leadership, my journey is one of creativity, resilience, and reinvention. I began my professional life in the culinary world, where I honed my craft as an Executive Pastry Chef in Pittsburgh. At Legume, I wasn’t just baking—I was creating experiences, mastering precision, and leading with passion.
But my ambitions didn’t stop at the kitchen door. Drawn to a career that would allow me to connect with people on a deeper level, I transitioned into real estate. What began as a new venture quickly became a calling. As a REALTOR®, I brought the same dedication and attention to detail that had defined my culinary career. I guided clients through life-changing decisions with empathy, strategy, and a calm confidence that made me a trusted advisor.
I moved my real estate career from Northwood Realty to Coldwell Banker and doubled my business—then tripled it by my second year. My ultimate goal was always to move into management and continue growing as a leader in this industry. Culture is incredibly important to me in my offices—nice is non-negotiable.
My leadership skills soon propelled me into management roles. As a Sales Director at Coldwell Banker Realty, I’ve led multiple offices, mentoring agents, driving growth, and building cultures rooted in collaboration and excellence. Whether I’m leading a mastermind session, recruiting top talent, or crafting strategic plans, my focus is always on empowering others to succeed.
Work-life balance? I prefer to call it work-life integration. My children are just as integrated into my work life as my agents are into my family life. It’s a beautiful blend that keeps me grounded and inspired. My catchphrase? “Knowledge is power—with a non-pressure approach that drives results.”
But perhaps my most cherished role is at home—as a mom to three incredible kids who inspire me every day:
- Mia, 22, just graduated from Washington & Jefferson College and is heading to Spalding University in Kentucky to pursue her master’s degree.
- Cooper, 20, is a hands-on entrepreneur with a passion for cars. He’s now a full-time technician, working on fire trucks and ambulances with dedication and pride.
- Lexie, 13, is already making her mark as a young entrepreneur with her own jewelry business. She loves hosting bake sales in front of our home and dreams of becoming an exotic pet veterinarian. Her love for animals is as big as her ambition.
Outside of my professional life and motherhood, I find joy in the simple, grounding routines of caring for my chickens and my three beloved cats. Our home is a lively, loving space filled with the energy of Lexie’s two guinea pigs, a leopard gecko, three frogs, and my own serene betta fish, Luka. It’s a household full of heart, curiosity, and a shared love for all creatures—great and small.
