Araceli Victoria

I have been married for 45 years to my husband and have an only child, a son also living here in Pittsburgh and working for American Airlines in Pittsburgh Airport. My undergraduate degree is in accounting at the University of the Philippines, had a master degree in business (MBA) from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, a CPA (certified public accountant), New York State, worked for a CPA firm and non-profit organization in New York City and have a total 20-30 years experience in accounting including teaching accounting courses at the Asian Institute of Tourism, University of the Philippines.

My husband has an undergraduate degree in Physics at the University of the Philippines but changed career to Statistics. He took his Ph.D. in Statistics from Colorado State University, worked for different pharmaceutical companies as biostatistician, for Merck, BMS,etc and taught statistics courses here in Pittsburgh at Duquesne University and University of Pittsburgh when we moved here in 2016. Currently, he works homebased for Takeda pharmaceutical company as Associate Director in Statistics.

My son graduated from St Francis University at Loretto, PA, moved here to Pittsburgh and enroll at Le Cordon Blue to be a chef but decided not to pursue it further. He worked for retail stores, Louie Vutton, Crate Barrel, Tumi at Pittsburgh Airport, Trego Dugan, an airline contractor and now full time at American Airlines.
