Tina was the perfect real estate agent for both selling our old house of 25+ years and buying our new house. First about selling the old house. Tina gave excellent advice on how to prepare the house for a quick and profitable sale. In a local market where most houses took months to sell and often at a reduced price, ours sold in less than a month at essentially the asking price. Take her advice, follow her lead and you will come out ahead.

Regarding buying the new house, she listened carefully to the requirements and then explained what various trade-offs would entail. To be honest, we were very particular about the house and lot and she came through for us by showing us some good candidates. We never felt any pressure to make a decision and the few times we visited a property we didn't like; she always supported us on continuing the search. Tina was a patient and personable guide while buying the new house.
