She also holds a real estate license in Japan and has assisted U.S. expatriates relocating to Japan, providing guidance with efficiency and care.

Prior to real estate, Fumiko worked for an international company in Pittsburgh, where she was involved in coordination and client support. She holds an MBA, and her professional background has strengthened her ability to approach real estate with organization, analysis, and a client-focused mindset.
