As a business owner and entrepreneur, in addition being realtor specializing in the "commercial side" of real estate, I truly love what I do. My customers benefit from my thirty plus years of experience as a CPA (inactive), former bank CFO, commercial banker and of course - being a realtor for the past six years.    

As your choice of agent, I believe it's important to share my core values which are transparency, trust and collaboration.  Whether I represent you on the seller side, buyer side, landlord or tenant side, it is about putting your goals and interest first and foremost.  I've had the privilege to work with a wide range of real estate and industry customers over the past three decades.  My hand on and in-depth knowledge and experience in commercial and SBA financing just adds a layer of experience will differentiate myself from other agents.

I've probably helped my customers finance $200 million in real estate and business loans over the past twenty plus years.  I also know how to broker businesses and have been doing that for the past six years as well.     

My direct, no-nonsense approach allows us to work transparently and collaborate effectively to help you achieve your desired results.
